We all have moments of Take Out SOS (Save Our Supper!). On a lazy evening I’ve been known to indulge in either pizza or Indian food. Both amazingly comforting staples that we all know and love. Recently I noted a new delivery flyer on our door for a place called Cowboys & Turbans…the name alone intrigued me. Upon further examination the Naan Pizza is what really caught my eye. Come to find out, they neither (on some occasions) deliver to my neighborhood and on other times seem to be without a driver (all curious), so I decided to take the dish into my own hands.
Playing on favorite flavors from Indian classics and some beautiful Whole Wheat Lavish bread picked up from our trusty local Eastern Market. I present you the most tasty combination to be completed and consumed in under 30 minutes.

We should have a pizza party & you should make these. I'll even bring the naan–I make it myself.

How can I turn down homemade Naan!? Or a pizza party for that matter. We'll play catchphrase or pictionary.

Serious yum, couldn't be easier, tastier or lighter (aka you get to have more pieces!) than a delivery pizza
