HAPPY NEW YEAR GASTRO GEEKS!

This New Years Eve was a special night of celebrating with one of our favorite simple things (tacos!) and incorporating a few new tricks (cactus anyone?). There are two traditions I will definitely keep well into the new year: making my own tortillas and continuing to fine tune my slasa verde. Simple pleasures worth the few extra steps.

I have a really big fuzzy feeling that 2012 is going to be a very special year for all of us. Big things I tell ya, big things! I’ve got a few new projects under my sleeve that I can’t wait to share with you and I’m pretty sure some exciting adventures will be had. I want to hear about all your big plans!  Will you make something out of your comfort zone? Visit a new place, be it country or that secret spot hiding in the back alley? Hey, perhaps you want to revamp and start applying some of those design and branding tips to your website?! Why not? It’s the perfect year to go big and to try something different.

I personally feel like a pin ball about to explode out into the arcade game for the first time. It’s a good feeling…can’t wait to get things moving.
